Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Projects

Payments are non-refundable once project execution has begun. If a cancellation occurs before kickoff, a partial refund may be granted minus administrative and preparation fees.

2. Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainers (for SEO, security or maintenance) can be cancelled with 30-days written notice. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
